My team and I are fully committed to making this a positive and fruitful experience for you. We will work diligently to help you reach your goals and create career materials that showcase your leadership, expertise, and value.

Refund Policy for Career Services (Resumes, LinkedIn Profiles, Etc.)

On Canceled Service Orders Prior to Work Being Completed:

  • Full Refund: If canceled within 5 days of purchase and before downloading the questionnaire.

  • 80% Refund: If canceled after we’ve begun work but before any questionnaires, drafts, or final documents are delivered. A 20% administrative fee will be deducted to cover time spent setting up your project, reviewing your order, and preparing your file.

    • Why a fee? Because real people spend real time getting your project queued, reviewed, and scheduled.

  • No Refunds: After 30 days from purchase.

If you pause your project and restart it later, we’ll gladly fulfill your order, but a $100 restart fee will apply.

Changes in Pricing:

If our pricing changes between when you place your order and when you begin the process, we will honor the service closest to the price you paid.
If you request a higher-level service, an upgrade to the new pricing will be required.
Downgrades are not available once your order is placed.

Refund Policy for Completed Work:

If we’ve completed your draft and you’re not happy with the results, please know our first priority is your satisfaction. We will:

  • Make refinements to your resume or LinkedIn profile.

  • Reassign your project to a different writer, if requested.

If you still decide not to move forward, we will offer an 80% refund within 30 days of purchase, as long as you notify us within 1 day of receiving your first draft.

IMPORTANT: If a refund is issued, you may not keep or use the editable Word version of the documents we created. If LinkedIn services were included, any LinkedIn profile content we provided must be removed.

If you choose to keep part of the work, we’ll determine the percentage of completion and adjust your refund accordingly.

No Refunds Will Be Provided If:

  • You approved the final work.

  • You changed the project scope during or after the process.

  • You terminated the project for invalid or unrelated reasons.

  • Your project was inactive for 30 days or more.

Results Disclaimer:

I make no guarantees of employment, interview offers, or LinkedIn SEO results. My team and I will help you look great on paper and online—but landing the job is up to you.

LinkedIn Profile Access Policy:

You may choose whether to give us access to update your LinkedIn profile directly, or to update it yourself.
If you share your login details, I highly recommend changing your password before and after we work on your profile.
LinkedIn’s terms discourage sharing your login, but the choice is yours.

If you provide us access, you release Vision to Purpose / visiontopurpose.com / Jeannine Bennett from any liability associated with changes made to your profile.

Sometimes, LinkedIn blocks login attempts from different locations. If this happens, we’ll provide your optimized profile text in a template for you to upload.

Review & Strategy Session Timing:

You have 15 days from the date your draft is delivered to book your review session. If not booked within that time:

  • The draft will be considered final.

  • Any additional edits will require the purchase of a Returning Client Update.

Appointment Cancellations & No-Shows:

I understand life happens. If you need to cancel an appointment, please try to give at least 24 hours’ notice.
You may reschedule your appointment once if you miss or cancel it.
A second missed appointment will be considered a forfeiture of the session.

Career Visibility Intensive — Terms & Conditions

Program Description:

The Career Visibility Intensive is a 5-day group coaching program designed to help professionals improve their civilian job search outcomes through resume writing, LinkedIn optimization, personal branding, and strategic job search tactics.

Payment & Refunds:

  • Full payment is required upon acceptance into the program.

  • No refunds will be issued once payment is received, as seats are limited and reserved for committed participants.

  • If unforeseen circumstances prevent participation, please contact me immediately to discuss options. This may include transferring to a future cohort at my discretion.

Results Disclaimer:

I make no guarantees regarding job offers, salary increases, or career outcomes. Your results depend on your effort, consistency, and the practical application of the strategies taught. This program is a career strategy coaching experience, not a job placement service.

Intellectual Property:

All program materials, templates, recordings, and intellectual property are the exclusive property of Vision to Purpose.
You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use them for your own career development.
You may not share, distribute, or sell any program content.

Confidentiality & Group Participation:

As this is a group setting, participants are expected to respect the confidentiality of others and engage professionally.
Vision to Purpose reserves the right to remove any participant for disruptive, disrespectful, or unethical behavior—no refunds will be given in such cases.

Program Access & Technology:

The program is delivered via Zoom and other digital platforms.
You are responsible for having reliable internet and the necessary technology to participate live or view recordings.
Session recordings will be available for a limited time. It is your responsibility to attend live or watch the replays.

Governing Law:

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
