Charlie O'Brien is an entrepreneur and AI innovator with a track record of building practical AI solutions that generate measurable business results, including more than $2 million in documented tech impact across his ventures. A McGill University graduate in Psychology and Economics, Charlie brings a rare combination of technical depth and human-centered thinking to every solution he builds.

As Co-Founder and CEO of LOGENTIQ, Charlie drives the technical vision for the company, building AI-powered tools including ClairVoya, LOGENTIQ's agentic execution and strategic planning system. He currently serves as Fractional CTO for 757 Collab, one of Hampton Roads' most active venture hubs, where he is embedded on-site as a technical lead strengthening the systems and workflows that support the region's startup ecosystem.

Charlie also serves as Chair of the Hampton Roads Gen-Z Commission, bringing the next generation of leaders into the region's economic conversation.
