I hold an M.B.A. in E-Business and a Ph.D. in Organization and Management with a specialization in IT Management, which informs my work at the intersection of leadership, technology, and workforce strategy. I bring more than 30 years of experience across the federal government, defense consulting, higher education, and career strategy, and have served as a Strategic Advisor within the Department of the Navy, a consultant with Booz Allen Hamilton, and an advisor to organizations such as NASA and the Department of Defense.

I currently serve as an Assistant Professor and Research Chair at Liberty University, where I teach leadership and business courses and advise doctoral candidates. I also serve as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Regent University.
