Rear Admiral Stephen "Josh" Jackson brings more than 30 years of executive leadership experience at the highest levels of the U.S. Navy and federal defense enterprise. As a one-star flag officer, he directed global operations across 11 Combatant Commands, commanded forces of up to 1,600 personnel, and managed portfolios exceeding $11 billion in defense investments. His career spans strategic planning, organizational transformation, crisis response, enterprise resource management, and executive advisory support to senior civilian and military leadership at the Department of Defense level.

As Director of Operations and Integration at the Defense Threat Reduction Agency, Admiral Jackson oversaw a $310M budget and led a $129M intelligence realignment initiative affecting 450 personnel across the Intelligence Community. As Director of Expeditionary Warfare at the Office of the Chief of Naval Operations, he managed a $57B Future Years Defense Program portfolio and drove capability development for next-generation naval systems. Earlier, he served as Commander of Navy Expeditionary Combat Forces Central and Chief of Staff at Navy Expeditionary Combat Command, a 20,000-person global force based in Virginia Beach.
