About: Beverly Smith is a workforce development leader and career strategist with more than 30 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, and career services. As President of Career Staffing Services for more than 22 years, she worked closely with employers across medical, administrative, and industrial sectors, developing deep insight into hiring practices, workforce needs, and employer expectations. She currently serves as Executive Director of the Center for Professional Excellence at Harding University, where she leads a team focused on helping students connect their education to meaningful careers. Beverly founded Career Success Strategies, LLC to extend her expertise in resume strategy, interview preparation, and job search coaching to professionals at all career stages.
