Dr. Pat Tamakloe is an organizational leadership expert, executive coach, published author, and C-Suite Advisor with more than two decades of leadership experience spanning the U.S. Navy, small and mid-size business, government, and international organizations. His 23-year naval career included commissioned officer roles in the United States and overseas, developing expertise in multinational strategic, tactical, and leadership training.
As founder of GLOBAL REACH Leadership Institute, Dr. Tamakloe has worked with executives, C-suite leaders, and government officials across the United States and internationally. He serves as an executive mentor for doctoral candidates and as adjunct faculty at a Virginia Beach area university.
