About:
Dr. Jeannine Bennett brings more than 30 years of experience advising senior leaders across the Department of the Navy, Booz Allen Hamilton, NASA, and the Department of Defense. As a Strategic Advisor and Director of the Commander's Action Group for a 20,000-person global naval command, she provided executive-level advisory and facilitation support to two-star admirals navigating complex organizational challenges.
Dr. Bennett currently serves as Assistant Professor and Research Chair at Liberty University's School of Business, where she teaches leadership and business courses and advises doctoral candidates, and as Assistant Professor at Regent University's School of Business and Leadership. She also serves as Military and Business Liaison on the Board of Women in Defense, Greater Hampton Roads Chapter, and as a Board Advisor with Career Directors International. This academic and professional service background provides direct insight into higher education culture, faculty dynamics, and institutional leadership.
